Tender Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Mix together in a roasting pan
1 1/2 c Apple Juice
1/2 c Apple Cider Vinegar
1.4 c Kosher Salt
Mix until the salt is dissolved.
Add 6 boneless skinless Chicken breasts. Cover. Refrigerate for 1-2 hrs.
Drain most of the liquid, leaving a small amount to cover the bottom of the pan. Cover with foil.
Bake for 45 min at 350.
