Super Yummy Magic Cookies
So here is a copyright challenge. Growing up we made Magic Bars. They were so yummy and easy to make. Now who came up with the recipe? I have no clue. I just called mom, verified what one needs to make them, and made a recipe. Tomorrow is my dad's and aunt's birthdays and my grandparent's anniversary. I am making two pans worth to share. I am certain you can half the recipe and be just fine.
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 2 8x10 pans.
Crush all the Graham Crackers from one 14.4 oz box in baggies. Pour into a mixing bowl.
Add 1 c Melted Margarine. Mix together. Spread Graham cracker mix over the bottom of the pans. Open 2 14oz cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk. Pour one can each over pan of graham cracker mix.
Mix in a bowl 2 bags of chips. We like to use Milk Chocolate and Andes Mints. Whatever your favorite is will do fine. Add in 1-2 C Pecan pieces. Mix together. Sprinkle on graham cracker crusts. Press down.
Bake for 20-25 min or until the sides are bubbly. Cool. Serve. Enjoy.
