Non Traditional Latkes
1 Duck Egg
Celtic Sea Salt (to taste)
Almond or Coconut Flour
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Pour enough extra virgin olive oil in frying pan to make a thin layer. Heat up oil.
2. Grate veggies.
3. Add duck egg and sea salt and flour. Add enough flour to help hold it together.
4. Put spoonfuls into pan. Flatten them out. Pan will need to be hot.
5. Fry for a 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
