Somehow this seems to stir up the need for soup. How delicious it is this time of year.
So, it happened that tonight, when my youngest family members happily slurped up spaghetti noodles and chomped on steamed broccoli, that I found myself needing a change of pace: Mushroom Soup and a crispy, toasted Kaiser roll. My oldest, upon taking in the odors of the soup, just had to have her own potato carrot soup.
And so two recipes find their way to our archives and hopefully to your kitchen. My dear vegan friends, these were made with you in mind. Both are meat, dairy, soy, and gluten free...and bursting with flavor.
