So many combinations
So many individual preferences
So many reasons to make one.
The one above was breakfast a few days ago. A container of vanilla yogurt, a frozen banana, a couple chunks of frozen mango and papaya, and a handful of frozen berries. Add in 1 TBS of Flax Seed Oil (because my asthma was acting up and this helps me), 1 TBS Probiotics and 1/2 tsp of Elderberry concentrate (as I was not so well) and pour on the grape juice until the container is full. Give it a whirl. Viola! Tasty meal filled with lots of goodness.
