I love the fact that "Apricot" is Latin for "Precious." What a lovely name to have. It even behaves in a "precious" way. As the fruit ripens, the branches lower themselves as if to say "I have a gift to give for your taking. Please enjoy my fruits."
I don't have any apricot recipes yet. We have never had this many and eat what we do obtain quickly. Perhaps in the upcoming days, with the need to prepare and store many in order not to waste them, I will have some recipes to share.
