Chili Fries Vegan
Heat oven to 425.
Cut yellow potatoes with skin on into thick slivers. Mix with 1 TBS Grapeseed Oil (or oil of choice). Sprinkle with Salt, Garlic, Paprika, Dried herbs (I used Italian mix), and Pamela's Artesian Flour Blend (or flour of choice). Mix together and put in a baking pan. Bake, mixing a few times for about 45 min or until nicely browned.
1 White Onion diced
1 tube Soy Ground Sausage
1 TBS Grapeseed Oil (or oil of preference)
1 can drained and rinsed Red Kidney Beans
Mix 1-1 1/2 c Vegetable Broth
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp (or more for more fire) Chili Powder
1 TBS Mustard
2 TBS Ketchup
1 TBS Jack Daniels Original No 7 BBQ Sauce
Pour over Sausage and Bean mix and heat.
