-acorn squash baked with some raw honey
-baked asparagus with celtic sea salt & some extra virgin olive oil
-"pear crisp" courtesy of elana amsterdam recipe
-apple desert - with coconut flour
-pecan raisin bread (made from almond flour)
-homemade vegetable soup
-carrot/apples/dandelion leaf juice - fresh squeezed
-large salad (always a staple)
Anyhoo that is our dinner. It smells delicious! I can't wait to eat! mmm! unfortunately hubby will not be here tonight to enjoy. He is going out to eat for a work party. His bosses treat. So hopefully he gets something yummy and healthy. I am sure he will get something yummy ;) not so sure about the healthy part. He only usually does that when i cook for him.
I am going to try to get better about actually making some creative things instead of just sticking with the staples of salad and meat and juice or shakes. ha. I still highly recommend Elana Amsterdams recipe books. They are worth the money! everything we have tried in there has been yummy!
