fruit - apples, oranges, cuties, berries..... usually several available packed
almond mylk or regular mylk for Y
salad with all the fixins and braggs vinagerette
almond bread (homemade) with nut butter and raw honey or org free range eggs scrambled
homemade cookies or cupcakes
so they have been fairing well. my son e he eats ALL That and it is still not enough he eats and eats and eats..... well he is growing that is for sure. Last week i started packing him 2 sandwiches because he felt like he needed more.
that has been typical lunches.
So what did we have TODAY?
breakfast: sauerkraut, kids had scrambled eggs, salad with vinagrette, raspberries, kombucha and carrot/apple/celery juice (homemade)
lunch: "meal in a bowl" - e and c sauteed white beans and sauteed carrots and celery mixed in a homemade almond mylk and turned into a soup. Y had the same thing excpt he had sauteed ground turkey in his. E and Y liked theirs. C not so much. They also had a large salad (of course), some watermelon, trail mix, seaweed crackers, kombucha and carrot/apple/celery/spinach juice.
dinner: large salad with white beans, y is having some salmon, homemade popsicles, kombucha, rapsberries and a homemade creamcheese pie (all raw! made from nuts and raw honey!)
Of course they snacked on some fruit in between there. But that is it! trying to meal plan something for the upcoming week. If i actually do get t
