My son loved them and had seconds and thirds. My daughter and I thought they were good but a wee bit hot. My husband is not a fan of red enchilada sauce or chili powder.
Overall they were good. If I make them again I will try it with green enchilada sauce and minus the chili powder.
These were made with Udis gluten free tortillas which I was really impressed they didn't fall part or break into pieces like the other gluten free tortillas we have tried.
Overall two thumbs up!
