This summer i am signed up for another full semester. I am looking forward to it. Will be doing some fun classes on digestive wellness, nutrition, and some kind of health coach thing. in addition to english comp II which i HAVE to take. not looking forward to that one so much though.
Getting ready to revamp the eating again. Summer is coming and i want to plan more light foods as opposed to the heavier meals of winter. So be looking for some new and updated meal plans soon!!! I wont get started on that until next week! but keep your eyes peeled! i hope to have some fun stuff available more stuff with fruits and veggies, some nuts. though not a lot as the list is somewhat limited.
