Just wanted to share some of my excitement with any who might be reading :)
On a side note : what was for lunch today?
-turkey pot pie (recipe on our site - very yummy! and you can make it vegan if you wish ;) )
-freshly juiced organic carrot/apple/ginger root/dandelion leaves/celery juice
-raspberry shortcakes (recipe on our site! oh so good! the kids loved these! gobbled them up first)
Dinner i am afraid was not as exciting but it is a good fall back for the times we dont have as much time to cook.
-acorn squash baked with raw honey
