Inspired by Dawn and her post about pasta. I remember loving to work with pasta in the past. I used to make raw lasagnas and raw pastas from zuchinni ALL THE TIME!!! the raw lasagna was always a hit! (sometime soon i promise to get it up here so you can also try it!) The raw spaghetti is really easy to make. All you need is a spiralizer, which i believe you can find for around $15 online. It is a fabulous tool that lets you create yummy looking and tasting pasta. I decided to attempt to make a COOKED version of the lasagna to see how that would turn out. The kids loved it. My husband said it was really good but he would have liked real cheese instead of the vegan cheese i put on there. It was very simple to make and delicious. E was begging me to make it again soon. I love when I can make things they really enjoy! He said to him it tasted like the real thing. These types of things make me really happy. I love my family and want to make healthy and nutritious yet fun foods for them to have. Next time I am going to attempt to make it with some eggplant for noodles. Worth a shot. Have no idea how that will taste but thought it might be fun to attempt something else new.
