Will continue to focus on these changes that the nutritionist gave us and then try to just keep on keeping on and continue to work finding new and yummy foods that everybody can eat. I have lost my "mo-jo" this last couple of weeks. I just am lacking motivation to really do anything more than i have to. Life continues to have its crazy ups and downs. And sometimes i get overwhelmed thinking about trying to make food for my family. It would be so different if i didn't have to work. i think i would be able to manage better. But the fact is i do have to work. I need some inspiration and i need some quick and easy recipes. I found a book that i would like to get, hopefully soon. I have heard it is really good and the recipes are simple. It is by Jennifer Cornbleet. easy raw recipes for 2. Of course, i would have to double or triple it BUT if they are good and could work? I dont know. need to look at it and see if it will still be workable for my dear daughter C. and for myself.
